This product is Chili Umeshu from Tokushima Prefecture. The first impact is very spicy but soon you could taste the sweetness of  Ume and it's flavorful, fresh aroma. Irresistable taste after two or three sips. Crisp, spicy flavor that matches well with strong flavored food.
