2024;the Year of the Dragon the bottle is a motif of "a dragon overlooking Mt. Chokai." A dragon stares at Mt. Chokai, a famous mountain in Shonai covered with snow, under a sky that turns red at the first sunrise. the design is a scene that symbolizes the New Year in Yamagata. A Junmai Daiginjo brewed with white koji that is only produced once a year by Tatenokawa Sake Brewery. We carefully create a balance of sweetness and sourness and a pleasant drinking experience. The moment you put it in your mouth, a refreshing fruit like aroma spreads out, and the acidity derived from white koji and gentle sweetness are characteristic, creating a taste suitable for the cheerful feeling of welcoming the new year.

2024年、辰年の干支ボトルのモチーフは「鳥海山を望む龍」です。初日の出に赤く染まる空の下、雪が降り積もる庄内の名山“鳥海山”を見つめる龍。山形の新年を象徴する情景を描きました。楯の川酒造が年に一度しか造らない、白麹仕込みの純米大吟醸。甘み・酸味のバランスと飲み口の心地よさを大切に醸しております。口に含んだ瞬間に、果実のような爽やかな香りが広がり、白麹由来の酸味と優しい甘さが特徴的で、新年を迎える明るい気持ちに相応しい味わいに仕上げました
