楯の川酒造では初となる「白麹」を使用したチャレンジ商品です。新しい年を迎え、新しい挑戦をするという意思を示しています。白麹由来の酸味のある味わいと柑橘系の香りが特徴的ですが、こちらのお酒は糖を残して甘さもしっかりと出していますので、甘さと酸っぱさが同時に感じられる新感覚の日本酒です。糖分と酸のバランスが非常に良く、軽すぎないタッチで心地よい飲み口になっています。
