Plum wine with the sweetness of  good quality Ume  grown in the land of the best plum,  Wakayama Prefecture.  Macerated in shochu with zesty Yuzu (Japanese citron) juice and aged in one year before bottling.  Very refreshing Yuzu aroma and sweet tangy flavor of plum makes it very appealing most especially for those who wish to have a refreshing, light alcoholic drinks.

柚子 梅酒
 
梅の甘味と酸味、ゆずのスッキリした香りが味わえる梅酒です。ゆず風呂で使用するように、ゆずの香り成分は果皮（かひ）に多く含まれています。その果皮（かひ）のまま　しぼった果汁を使用していますので、ゆずの香り高いしぼりたての果実の香りとフレッシュ感をタップリ残した梅酒に仕上げています。
