Brewed using Masshigura rice that is polished to 50% , Ooita Masshigura rice is originally a table rice originally grown in Aomori prefecture.  Vibrant character, fruity and aromatic.  Since because it is a Nama genshu, there is a soft fizzy sensation in the palate that fades soon after a sip.  Very delicious Junmai Ginjou and definitely a must to try!
