One of the easy to drink Junmai sake.  Fresh, aromatic fruity like pear or musk melon. Brewed using 50% polished Yamadanishiki rice.  Silver winner at 2019 IWC.
Slowly fermented at low temperature, this Junmai Ginjou is mildly dry with a hint of sweetness and rich flavor from rice.
