Quadrifoglio is the Italian word for lucky four-leaf clover, and it is a slightly cloudy junmai ginjo with the image of a spring-like white clover flower field. The Gin no Sato is polished to 60%, and the fragrant Junmai Ginjo is bottled in a slightly cloudy state. It has a fresh strawberry and pear scent, a soft sweetness and light acidity on the palate, and a pleasant taste with a beautiful scent. Elegant aroma and rich rice flavor.
