Refreshing top note like melon scent.  Slightly bubbly, gentle acidity with a very pleasant flavorful palate.  Hints of dryness at the back of the palate. Delicious overall. Best to pair with tropical fruits dessert.  Also perfect to pair with sauteed mix veegetables with a dash of wasabi or grated daikon. Also good to pair with grilled fish or even hard cheeses.
