Excellent sake with high sake meter value of +12 which means it’s extra dry but has a wonderful full flavor, very fruity nose and refreshing, crisp clean end. Well balanced flavor that makes this sake easy to drink even for the first timers.
 
醸造を終えた純米酒が、上層（搾り）機の空きがなく待機を余儀なくされた。その為醗酵が予定以上に進み、日本酒度が＋２０を超えてしまった。商品化したところ、大変評判がよく定番化された。辛さだけではない凝縮された旨味が口中に広がります。
