Brewed using Akita Komachi Jikomi polished up to 50% and AK 1 (Akita Ryuuka Koubou). A very special type of yeast that produces a gorgeous aroma. Soft fruits scents, muscat grapes, La france pear and hint of Banana notes welcomes one's palate followed by a crisp and clean taste with just the right amount of umami and acidity.
