Started brewing  400 years ago and is one  of the  oldest brewery in  Ibaraki Prefecture.   Kamimaru Junmai Daiginjou is  brewed using 40% rice polished Miyamanishiki Rice.   Luscious juicy distinct notes of  green apples and banana. Tasty sweet and very complex in taste. Lingering, clean finish.   One of  the best  sake by Nemoto Brewery.
