This special Junmai sake is brewed using Utsukushi Yume Yeast, which was launched on a Falcon 9 rocket, stayed on the International Space Station (ISS) for 37 days, and circled the Earth more than 700 times. It is characterized by a refreshing flavor and a sharp taste, and the label is said to be designed with the motif of yeast that traveled through space. It will be even more delicious if you pair it with salmon, raw oysters, shiraae, bar chicken, caprese, etc. The recommended temperature is 15-18℃.

 

ファルコン9ロケットで打ち上げられ、国際宇宙ステーション(ISS)に、37日間滞在し地球を700周以上、周回してきた「うつくしま夢酵母」が醸した特別純米酒です。爽やかな風味とシャープな飲み口が特徴で、ラベルは宇宙を旅した酵母をモチーフにデザインしたという。サーモン、生ガキ、白和え、棒棒鶏、カプレーゼ、などに合わせるとより一層おいしく召し上がれます。おすすめの温度は、15~18℃です。
