This is a sake with aroma reminiscence of sweet fruits accompanied with many layers of flavours. It is feathery and soft on the palate with distinct umami and good balance of acidity, lifting off with a clean finish. This sake pairs well with any Japanese, French, and Italian seafood, especially sweet shrimps, squid, and white fish.
 
The unique characteristics of this sake has also allowed it to win the 2021 International Wine Challenge with a Bronze medal!
