A fresh flavor when after pressing is left couse of brewed by filtered water.  Juicy and fruity taste such as apple and pear. The first note that hits has sweetness and savory taste of rice which is made from the Yamada Nishiki rice.
Recomending take a sip from your glass and let the Sake sit in your mouth for a moment then enjoy  the fragrance and taste. Goes very well with Sashimi made from white fish , Ham , Olive.
